01 / SUSTAINABILITY

A business model for social transformation

Plataforma Mosaico exists so the movement can sustain itself — turning art, language and enterprise into lasting, independent livelihoods.

01

Fair income

Young artists and team members are employed with fair wages for their work — art treated as the profession it is.

02

Annual profit-sharing

On top of wages, team members receive a profit-sharing incentive: a percentage calculated on hours worked, distributed annually from Plataforma Mosaico’s gains.

03

Sustainable independence

Every product, service and program reinvests in the people who create it — financial independence that lasts.

02 / MANY DOORS

The platforms

One platform, many doors — each opening onto the same belief in human creativity.

01

Arte Transforma

Arts & Social Transformation: planned in 2008, running since 2009. More than 1,000 young people have already participated.

02

Mudam Mundo — Eterno Aprendiz

Learning other languages is fundamental, so that a world of otherwise unreachable opportunities becomes part of everyone’s new horizon.

03

Empreender em Equipe — E3 Brasil

We are Sirolli: more than 80% success since 1985 in startups and existing companies.

04

Agenciamento & Produção

Without agents, artists face an arduous process with more than 80% failure. We represent, coordinate and produce.

03 / ENTERPRISE FACILITATION

We represent the Sirolli Institute in Brazil

PlaTamos represents, together with the Sirolli Institute, startups and business turnarounds in several countries around the world — with remarkable success since 1985. Enterprise Facilitation is person-centered, confidential and free of charge.

04 / THE PEOPLE

Artists & entrepreneurs we represent

The platform is a working circle: artists, entrepreneurs and facilitators moving their ideas into the world.

05

06

CATusa

The first CAT in the USA, in collaboration with Redeemer and Downey Elementary — focused on theater with artist-facilitator Peter Mark, one of the founders of A&TS in Brazil.

None of us is as good as all of us together.

05 / JOIN THE MOVEMENT

Sit in the circle with us.

Whether you give, partner, create or instigate — there is a place for you in this movement. Real transformation begins when we build it together.
