01 / SUSTAINABILITY
Plataforma Mosaico exists so the movement can sustain itself — turning art, language and enterprise into lasting, independent livelihoods.
01
Young artists and team members are employed with fair wages for their work — art treated as the profession it is.
02
On top of wages, team members receive a profit-sharing incentive: a percentage calculated on hours worked, distributed annually from Plataforma Mosaico’s gains.
03
Every product, service and program reinvests in the people who create it — financial independence that lasts.
02 / MANY DOORS
One platform, many doors — each opening onto the same belief in human creativity.

Arts & Social Transformation: planned in 2008, running since 2009. More than 1,000 young people have already participated.

Learning other languages is fundamental, so that a world of otherwise unreachable opportunities becomes part of everyone’s new horizon.

We are Sirolli: more than 80% success since 1985 in startups and existing companies.

Without agents, artists face an arduous process with more than 80% failure. We represent, coordinate and produce.
03 / ENTERPRISE FACILITATION
PlaTamos represents, together with the Sirolli Institute, startups and business turnarounds in several countries around the world — with remarkable success since 1985. Enterprise Facilitation is person-centered, confidential and free of charge.
